Responsibilities:
Plan Menus Prepare the food. Required to cook. Oversee the Preparations. Requisitions or purchases and examines foodstuffs from suppliers to ensure quality. Prepares, seasons, and cooks foodstuffs or oversees their preparation and monitors the quality of finished dishes. Supervise, organize, and instruct kitchen staff and manage the whole kitchen or an area of the kitchen. Ensure relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen. Weekly contractual hours will be 37.5.
