Our client is looking for a Charity Programme Manager to join their team on a temporary assignment.Charity Programme Manager Responsibilities: Overseeing the portfolio of over two hundred volunteer projects in order to ensure the success of the charity programme, the internal stakeholder experience, and partnership with the community organisations Delivering presentations to non-profit partners and internal stakeholders Conducting training on a bi-weekly basis Communicating with various internal departments to coordinate on-going logistical planning (events, marketing campaign, marketing material distribution & t-shirt fulfilment; drafting communications & training materials) Assisting with end of season program evaluation with data collection & data analysis Multi-tasking projects and assignments with reporting responsibility to manager Planning, coordinating and overseeing the transportation for several hundred projects Charity Programme Manager Essentials: 2-4 years' experience in operations, volunteer management or client services Team player, skilled at managing multiple projects and people Flexibility, thinking on your feet, ability to manage time and competing priorities well, ability to get things done Critical thinker with good judgment and problem-solving ability Willingness to work full time from the office, and commit to assignment length, plus work occasional weekends and regular early mornings Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for presentations and data analysisIf you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
