Job Description
The Raytheon UK Training Transformation team has a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and confident change manager to provide leadership and support to an existing team and to be a catalyst for growth.
This team works as part of a partnership with other companies to provide training and transformation service to the MOD. Together the team delivers a varied range of training programmes, from equipment management and services to training design and transformation.
Working within the training team as part of the wider Training and Transformation Services business unit, you will lead and manage all change across our programme working closely with our business development team to identify and qualify all new business. You will be responsible for managing all changes from the front door through Raytheon governance and support our customer when they go through their process. It will involve establishing and growing effective relationships with both the MOD and our customers which is key for our delivery. Success will require innovative thinking, forward planning, and an ability to react quickly to changes.
Main Duties
Responsible for management and governance for all change, ensuring all change goes through the correct RUK gate processes.Set up a new change process for all changes in including the current BAU change process.Provide leadership for change within working with cross-functional teams.Support bid teams on ensuring the delivery element of the bids are correct and responsible for the project management effort estimates.Working with customers and suppliers in joint change boardsCreate and maintain a roadmap of change to support the Programme Director and functions in future resource planning.Implement PMX best practice and manage by example to instil flawless programme execution behaviours and processes.Sustain collaborative relationships with peers within the Customer, strategic Partners, Suppliers and across Raytheon consistent with the programme, programme element or pursuit shared vision.Act as a member of the Selborne leadership team.Line manage a junior project manager

Desirable:
