Key Responsibilities:
Maintain optimal occupancy across all current center programs.
Establish and maintain high-quality teaching, learning, training, and assessment.
Ensure staff and learner punctuality, adherence to teaching hours, and compliance with curriculum requirements.
Oversee work experience placements, ensuring they align with company policies.
Maintain accurate learner files and records to meet audit requirements.
Manage key performance indicators and implement quality systems effectively.
Contribute to the Company Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and its activities.
Embed maths, English, and ICT skills throughout the provision for enhanced learning outcomes.
Contribute to equality of opportunity for both learners and staff.
Ensure the effective operation of the center, including staffing, timetabling, and resource allocation.
Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and training needs analysis for center staff.
Organize emergency cover, attendance at promotional activities, and maintain contact with referral agencies.
Oversee administration processes and case conferencing for effective learner monitoring.
Conduct staff inductions and adhere to health and safety policies.
Implement all safeguarding policies and procedures, including the Prevent duty.
Essential/Desirable Criteria:
An appropriate management qualification (ILM, CIPD at L3 or above).
Level 2 literacy and numeracy minimum.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Ability to supervise/manage in a commercial training environment.
Strong leadership and data interpretation skills.
Proficient communication and relationship-building skills.
Flexibility and the ability to meet targets.
