Edit: note about problem with last tenants

No longer accepting from males due to last 2 tenants (one German man, one Italian) having trashed this property and smashed the windows and caused a noise nuisance. German tenant got drunk and started harassing neighbours. Italian guy threw a party and 3 windows got smashed. Both were airbnb lets arranged off Gumtree. I had to pay £1,500 to get damaged fixed and the whole thing was very traumatic. Do not want a repeat so no longer letting to single males from
