The CDM Consultant role

As a CDM Consultant, you will be at the forefront of providing Principal Designer services, with a strong emphasis on effective risk management.

This role demands a strategic approach to overseeing project safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating closely with design teams to mitigate risks from the project's conception through to completion.

Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive Principal Designer services in the retail sector, managing and reducing risk effectively across various projects, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and other relevant health and safety laws, collaborating with clients and design teams to promote safety in design, contributing to the continuous improvement of health and safety standards within the consultancy.

The CDM Consultant

Proven experience in providing Principal Designer services, preferably within the retail sector.A strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, APS).The ability to manage multiple projects with a detail–oriented and proactive approach.
