Job Title: Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Quality Assurance Analyst

Salary: Circa GBP37,000

Location: Kings Hill (2 days a week in office)

An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a market leading Financial Services organisation based in Kent. We are seeking a highly skilled CDD Quality Assurance professional to join a highly reputable Customer Due Diligence team.

Duties include:

Carry out retrospective quality reviews to ensure policies and procedures have been followed in line with regulatory requirements and AML and Sanctions policies Be proactive in providing feedback to CDD Analysts and liaising with the Quality Assurance Managers, to provide feedback to Team Managers and Process & Complex Case Manager to identify gaps in processes and improve the customer experience Work with the Quality Assurance Managers and wider team to explore opportunities for improvement The Successful candidate will have:

Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to Customer Due Diligence, specifically customer onboarding, account reviews and transaction monitoring Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a customer-focused environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail A proactive individual who stays informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and company policies to ensure ongoing alignment of quality assurance processes A Self-motivated and action orientated individual with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders Package:
