As a Case Worker working in our Contact Assessment and Resolution Team (CART) contact centre, you will be part of a supportive and friendly team working with other social/health care professionals managing incoming enquiries by telephone, online forms and webchat. Your strong communication skills will assist you in assessing resident's needs and providing them with support and guidance to maximise their wellbeing. Using strengths-based practice, you'll focus on what a person can do, whilst finding innovative, alternative community resources to meet their needs.
