Here at NewLaw Solicitors, we have an exciting opportunity for customer service focused individuals to join our ever growing team as a Case Manager. You will be joining one of the fastest growing law firms in the UK, which is home to exceptionally talented and passionate professionals dedicated to achieving the best for our clients.

Working within our successful Fast Track department, our Case Managers are tasked on working on a variety of cases ; ranging from small claims and uninsured losses, up to serious injuries sustained from Road traffic accidents or workplace injuries. You will ensure efficient and effective progression of cases, while keeping client care at the forefront of your work at all time.

What's in it for you?

Salary- GBP21,000 - GBP24,300 per annum depending on experience, plus the potential to boost your salary by up to GBP2,500 per annum

Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. Of course, you'll have public holidays too and we'll even help you celebrate with an extra day off for your birthday!

About you

You are passionate about customer service, and can demonstrate excellent customer service from either a contact centre or a retail / hospitality environment.Proven effective time management skills, with the ability to manage an effective workload within a task based environment.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, dealing with clients, colleagues, and suppliers via all contact methods.You have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience within a claims / personal injury setting would be adventurous, but not essential to be considered for this position.
