We are currently looking to support a market leading Training Provider in adding to their ever-growing team. They are looking for a Careers Advisor to support their learners who are undertaking their employment programs.
Passionate about supporting learners achieve their goal, you will be an organised, engaging and self-motivated individual. We re looking for an enthusiastic team-player motivated to deliver consistently exceptional admin experiences for our bootcamp learners.
This role is hybrid with 1 days within the office (flexibilty on what days you work a minumum of 3 days GBP24K pro-rata)
Responsibilities:
Completing supporting tasks such as reviews and prestart calls Maintaining and managing learner records on computerized systems Providing IAG for learners to support them onto programme Making a large number of outbound calls to graduates in order to enquire whether they have found relevant employment or whether they require any support in finding a suitable role Providing mentoring and guidance to learners enrolled on the course, ensuring that all communication is recorded, and notes are updated onto the system Plus other administrative duties Essential Qualifications & Knowledge:
Minimum 5x GCSEs (grade 4/C or above in Maths & English) Ideally some experience in similar mentoring / coaching role preferably in an apprenticeship/ bootcamp setting highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of individuals at all levels Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A passion for training/education and commitment to supporting individuals take the first step in achieving their digital career goals
