Salary: GBP11.52 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Working Hours: 42 Hours Per Week, Day Shifts (7am 9pm)

Key Responsibilities Of a Care Team Leader (Days):

Lead day shifts, overseeing and supervising care staff to ensure the highest standard of care.Update and manage care plans, ensuring they reflect the evolving needs of residents.Organize and manage a rostering process to guarantee ample staffing levels at all times.Conduct supervision and appraisals to foster professional development within the team.Administer medication and contribute to the creation and updates of support plans.Utilize excellent communication and teamwork skills to maintain a positive working environment. Qualifications and Experience Required For Care Team Leader (Days):

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or actively working towards it.Current or previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Care Assistant.Proven ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.Strong organizational skills, particularly in rostering and staffing coordination.Previous experience in updating and managing care plans.Competent in medication administration.
