We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Bank Staff for the Haringey area. This role presents both challenges and rewards, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the well-being and independence of our residents.
Role Overview: As a Bank Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting residents with enduring mental health issues in the Haringey Area. Your responsibilities include providing positive support, encouraging independence, and facilitating community engagement. The ultimate objective is to empower residents to return to independent living in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with complex enduring mental health issuesEncourage independence and community involvementAddress unpredictable behavioral patterns with confidenceMake decisions on safeguarding and risk issuesMaintain detailed records and liaise with third parties involved in resident support packages Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must:
Have experience in supporting vulnerable adultsDemonstrate confidence and decisiveness in responding to issuesPossess the ability to work independently in a lone-working roleBe committed to delivering excellent service to vulnerable adults with dignityMake a real difference in the lives of the community's most vulnerable individualsGood written English in order to maintain accurate recordsBasic IT skills Benefits:
