Join a small residential home as a Care Support Workers and provide support to young adults with learning disabilities.

THE JOB:

- Working in a small team you will be key to providing high standards of personal care to help individuals gain their independence.

- Your caring and creating approach will be essential as you develop relationships with their families and other service users.

- Full-time and part-time hours (including school time only) are available.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Caring individuals.

- Happy to work independently and with a small team.

- Good communication skills.

- Basic computer skills.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

- £11 - £12 per hour.
