As the Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the residential facility. Given the regulated nature of our business, candidates are expected to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and possess a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and regulations. The role entails ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents, achieving financial targets, and maintaining full occupancy.This opportunity may be suitable for individuals with the following qualifications and attributes:
Previous experience in managing residential homes. Proficient knowledge and a proven track record of meeting CQC standards, with the ability to strive for an "Outstanding" rating. Strong communication skills, fostering excellent relationships with internal and external professionals, families, and visitors. Demonstrated success in marketing and business skills within the private care sector, overseeing a commercially successful care home rated as "Good" or "Outstanding."
