I am looking for a special person to manage a 30 bedded home with state-of-the-art facilities delivering specialist care and nursing services. The home is set among beautiful grounds overlooking a river in the historic market town of Builth Wells.

This job will involve:

Using leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care Managing the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy Providing improvement, independence and choice for Service Users Complying with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times For this great post you must have:
