Care Co-Ordinator
We are based in the Cannock area and we need caring and compassionate individuals who live within a 5-mile radius from the locations stated above. You will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle as you will be driving to clients homes.

Objectives of the role of Care Co-Ordinator

The role is full time position and office based, is an integral role within the company. Providing support to clients, staff, and the Care Management team and ensuring all communication is channelled professionally
Responsibilities of the Care Coordinator
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruiting high-quality Care Workers to join the Caremark team. This will involve helping to plan advertising, screening candidates, interviewing and following up references. The ideal candidate should possess a good telephone manner as they will be the first point of contact when a customer telephones the Caremark office, for initial customer enquiries, or to share a concern. Answering all incoming telephone enquiries. Maintaining computerised rostering system up to date at all times. Implementation of thorough recruitment and vetting procedures of all Care & Support Workers. Processing new customer referrals. Maintaining customer and Care & Support Worker office files and electronic records and ensuring that they are kept up to date at all times. To work closely with the management team. To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures. Production of reports and management information as required.
Requirements of the Care Coordinator
Rostering experience is essential, preferably in the healthcare sector. High level professional with customer service experience Bright, Energetic, Efficient, Flexible, Well organised person with excellent customer service skills; and Ability to work under pressure.
