Perfectly liveable as I have just lived in it for the last year!

Tow hitch in perfect working order

Tow lights all working

Mains Electric hook-up all working

Gas connection

Fridge

Sink

Solid floor inside and underneath

Fitted Gas heater (Unsure if works)

Cooker with hob and grille (oven doesn’t work - unsure why)

Small bathroom room with pull down sink, shower, toilet, mirror.

Kitchen area with sink

Lots of cupboard storage

Seating area (converts into double bed)

Bad points;

-There is a Small leak coming in to 1 of the cupboards - simply needs sealed properly from outside!

-1 of the front windows does not shut properly and will need fixing

-Some bulbs need replacing in a few lights.

-Tyres are old /slightly cracked and could do with replacing soon (but perfectly towable)

-NO Keys for outer compartments or front door (Latch and Padlock fitted however)
