The leisure battery is new (we brought it in April), comes with 2 x 6kg gas bottles, 2 x 40L water butts, a waste water container, also lots of spare bits for the caravan, both of the awnings are in good condition, it has a sturdy raised wooden floor with vinyl and carpet fitted, fridge, freezer and sofa will stay, message or ring for more details and pictures,
