Bodyshop Reception Customer Service for Leading Bodyshop / Accident Repair Centre
Our client is one of the South East's leading accident repair centres based on the Surrey, Middlesex & Greater London borders in Hanworth Feltham.
They are currently actively recruiting for a bodyshop receptionist / customer service advisor
Role will involve meeting and greeting customers on reception, taking in and handing back customer vehicles before and after repair, updating online systems for insurance companies, updating work providers on progress of repairs via phone, answering phone enquiries, managing courtesy car bookings, administration duties as required. You must have good experience with Email software, Diary bookings, MS office software (Word , Excel), be well presented with good communication skills.
You will ideally have previous Customer Service and or Reception experince and a understanding of cars or a wilingness to learn. You will be working in a team of 2 with full support and training from the Operations Manager
SandownCoachworks have recently been in the press and on BBC One show for their exceptional work, prestige main dealer feel and customer service with out the main dealer price tags.
This is a full time role working 8am and 5pm. You will also be required to join the Saturday morning rota working 8am-1pm no more than 2 Saturdays a month.

Permanent Full Time Role paying GBP18,000-26,000 (based on experience) + great benefits.
