Candidate Manager in Automotive Recruitment.

Duties of the Candidate Manager will include:

- Resourcing to find relevant candidates through different job boards, social media and bespoke in-house database

- Liaising with candidates through various channels, such as phone, text, email and App instant messaging

- Supporting the Consultants with any administration tasks such as data entry onto our CRM software

To be considered for this position for Candidate Manager:

A good confident persuasive phone and email manner A self motivated, tenacious attitude and be resilient and positive Attention to detail
