As a Campus Manager you will be managing and overseeing supervisors & site team leads, supervising campus operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Improving productivity and streamlining campus activities to maximise results and achieve peak performance levels including:
Responsibilities:
Campus Manager will be responsible for managing all operations within a campusServes as a key point of contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for Amazon account, evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary communication and/or corrective action in a timely mannerDirectly accountable in respect of the attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Site Reference Sheet (SRS) and overseeing the status of the necessary trainings.Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as requiredImplementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistencyManagement of the recruitment process for staff to the serviceEnsure that all case, financial and administrative records, and files are maintained to a high standardEnsure that services are planned, delivered, and evaluated in response to the customer and company needsAs campus manager your duties also include guiding management staff in your campus, setting performance objectives, evaluating, and optimizing operational performance ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports plus preparing and performing monthly business reviews for the customer.Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports and legal actionsMaintain effective communication with the line managers (Team leads, Security Supervisors etc.) to ensure the staff provide the highest level of customer service and care, maintain, and promote a safe and secure environment and act in accordance with the client requirements and Securitas policiesThe campus manager reports directly to the regional account manager.The role is customer facing and daily contact with the customer is a big part of a campus manager job, therefore the ability to communicate effectively is essential.Deploy best practices across scope and functionally, drive continuous improvement activities within scope by specific trainings in close alignment with the regional account manager.Identify and initiate improvement opportunities; recognise (potential) issues, propose, and critically evaluate solutions and effectively resolve the matter / implement the solutionAnalyses operational and financial indicators to continuously improve account performance; ensures profitable operations with full profit and loss accountability.Collaboration is Key and a two-way street, transparency builds trust to connect customer and service provider for a long-term relationship buildingDemonstrate the core brand values and culture of both Securitas and Amazon, always promoting a positive image of our customer and SecuritasEssential Skills
