Salary: 26,000 per annum
Role Overview
Working as part of a team on the companies Social Housing Gas servicing and Reactive repairs delivery programme.

Working Hours (40 per week)
8am-5pm Monday to Friday. 1 Hour Lunch

20 + 5 days excluding Bank Holidays
Main Duties
Assisting the Senior Gas administrator with the delivery of the Gas Servicing programme,Calling tenants to make and confirm appointmentsLearning and using the Gas Servicing programme processesAssisting the Reactive team to check completed works orders for pricing informationI.e., Notes, Photos, SOR (Schedule of Rates) Codes etc. prior to sending orders to commercial team
Assisting the call takers and planners with incoming calls.scheduling the works to the operatives and dealing with any queriesCompleting back -office duties as required.
