You'll be representing a premium brand, supports clients within architecture and contractors to help design specifications and make their visions come to life! The Role:

- Constant relationships with customers to identify needs and provide support, being a key ambassador on the design front

- Responsible for design and development for customers specifications, producing 3D models for manufacturing

- Using financial and commercial awareness to work with external and internal teams to help efficiencies of projects

- Contribute to a successful operation of orders, projects and support requests

- Customer experience is the main motivation at everything you do, always putting them first

- Regular 1-2-1 meetings, appraisals and discussions

The Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 4 years as a product designer for specialist companies

- Past experience in a supervisory or team leader role

- Organisational and planning skills, being able to manage several projects at once

- Excellent eye for detail, demonstrating ideas through quality designs for our customers

- Solidworks experience
