Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and innovativetransport company who are making waves in the UK transport sector. They are currently looking to expand the Procurement team as they have multiple upcoming projects.
They are looking for a range of procurement candidates from Buyers to Procurement Managers. They have sites across the UK so you can be based out of the nearest office location for you and they working on a hybrid/flexible working pattern.

Role & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage strategic category strategies.Build relationships with local and international suppliers, negotiating and ensuring deals align with business activities.Support and manage multiple projects from cradle to grave, driving strategy and communicating risks with the team & business.Develop and lead procurement process across sourcing and operational procurement processes.General procurement / supply chain responsibilities including contract management and market analysis.Develop and nurture relationships with internal colleagues and external clients. Experience & Requirements
A range of experience within Procurement & Supply Chain in a Transport, Manufacturing, or similar environment ideally but they are open to people from different industries.Comfortable working in a fast–paced and dynamic environment.Can demonstrating excellent supplier and stakeholder management skills.Be able to undertake work and projects on their own initiative.Ideally degree and/or MCIPS qualified (however, this is not at all essential)
