We are a very successful group that encompasses all aspects of the meat trade and we are recruiting butchers to join our team at our site in Irlam, Manchester on nights.

Our business which is a catering butcher has over 100 years of experience in the meat and farming industries. All products are prepared in the factory daily to each customer's specifications, packaged and labelled to and above legislation and then delivered directly throughout the UK.

The main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb and poultry.

We welcome applications from candidates with any of the following skills or attributes: butcher, food hygiene, health & safety, customer service, knife skills, factory, commercial acumen, communication, food preparation, and butchery cuts.
