Business Support ManagerHybrid Working - 4 day week consideredWe are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of super company based in Tadcaster. They provide a range of career support services to clients throughout the UK and Ireland. In this role, as Business Support Manager, you will be providing administrative and project support across all parts of the business, with a particular focus on finance administration, sales support, office and facilities administration, as well as project support for the management team.

ResponsibilitiesIn this varied role, you will cover a range of areas across the business including the following:• Overseeing the onboarding of all new client accounts including completion of supplier onboarding documentation; providing financial information, policy and data governance, managing SLAs• Effectively maintaining control record of invoicing instructions for all clients • Managing and processing administration around finance administration • Setting up all new clients with accurate invoicing instructions, POs and ensuring all information is passed across to the accounts department • Managing and maintaining supplier relationships • Working closely with the accounts team to support credit control • Supporting staff with IT queries, resolving issues and queries • Operating as key point of contact for the business in managing and auditing data processing activated, working closely with the governance team • Ensuring staff are trained and up to date in key areas relating to data governance and cyber security • Ensuring staff have completed necessary annual compliance training• HR administration - liaising with the Hr Business Partner to ensure all employees policies are kept up to date• Coordinating all correspondence from parent company • Managing travel and accommodation for staff where needed • Managing projects on an adhoc basis

As you can see, a varied interesting role where you can become fully immersed in the business. The right person for this role will have substantial office administration and management experience, excellent attention to detail and proven skills in respect of process improvement.
