Business Support Manager

As the Business Support Manager, you are a proactive individual who is a good listener with excellent communication skills. Your responsibility will be to provide control, analysis, guidance, and support to the Head of Customer Workshop Services and the General Managers within the region. We are looking for a keen individual to proactively optimise branch performances, contractual obligations, and cost control.This role can be based anywhere in our network but will require regular travel to branch locations operated by Customer Workshop Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Along with the Head of Customer Workshop Services, monitor contract performance and actively seek improvements at branch level.Support the Head of Customer Workshop Services to provide reporting on branch performance and deviations and present as part of the regional monthly business review.Maintain and manage the customer reporting suite by data analysis and report submissions.Monitor and report on customer and company campaigns, including assisting the GMs with information gathering.Assist the General Managers in controlling VOR penalties while sense checking data from daily reports.Attend site operational performance reviews with customers.Be actively involved in tender projects for new and existing business extensions.Working with the Head of Customer Workshop Services, drive the development and continual improvement of best practice with strong emphasis on workshop processes.Cover and assist with some duties of the Head of Customer Workshop Services when needed.
