One of our clients, a market leading manufacturer in the area, is searching for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join their team and play a crucial role in supporting the MD, senior team and marketing department. As this is a new position, there will be an opportunity to develop and grow.
The main duties will be: diary management, expenses, travel booking & itinerary, administrative support; circulating agendas, minute taking, and chasing actions, follow up on behalf of the MD; ensure timely submission and consolidation of monthly reports and presentations; co-ordination of meetings, conference calls, including preparations such as catering, logistics, technology, room booking; oversee all visits to site including customer visits, Board of Directors visits and organise the appropriate site tours, presentations/briefings, PPE; provide support to the marketing department and raise purchase orders to support departmental spend; maintenance of the website; preparation of monthly marketing statistics; organisation & co-ordination of company events (inc. bookings, hotel, travel etc); ad hoc work as and when required.
