Job Description:
As a Business Support Coordinator in our Helpdesk department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer support and service coordination. This position is based in Belshill and offers a competitive annual salary of circa 24,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Your primary duty will involve professionally and efficiently handling inbound calls from customers or clients seeking assistance, guidance, or support.
CAFM System Management: You will be responsible for meticulously logging and maintaining comprehensive records of job requests and service orders within our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. This includes creating, updating, and tracking service requests and work orders.
Job Follow-up: Your role will also encompass the critical task of proactively monitoring and following up on service requests and work orders. This entails coordinating with various teams or technicians to ensure that issues are resolved promptly and to the utmost satisfaction of our clients.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for successful customer interactions and team collaboration.CAFM Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in using CAFM or similar systems for job logging, tracking, and reporting.Organisational Aptitude: Exceptional organisational skills are crucial for efficiently managing and prioritising tasks to meet customer needs promptly.Problem-Solving Ability: Adept at problem-solving, you will need to address customer issues and facilitate effective solutions.

Availability: The successful candidate should be available to work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
