This role sits within our business support team, which is integral to the effectiveness of Carrington West.
As a business support coordinator, you will be responsible for facilities management, internal IT support, updating and maintaining policies and other administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as a business support coordinator would be:
Handling general incoming calls and emails
Arranging necessary office repairs and preventive maintenance.
Ordering new office furniture when requested.
Assisting in the maintenance of the office IT hardware and software and telephony infrastructure.
Maintain the companywide fixed asset register.
Organising the setting up of computers, profiles, system access and telephony for new starters alongside our IT outsource providers.
Provide a first line of support for IT issues
Utilising and managing external providers where appropriate.
Facilitate the office desk moves and maintain the seating plan.
Arrange regular testing for electrical equipment, air conditioners and safety devices.
Alongside the Compliance team, ensure the business has the policies, procedures and practices necessary to maintain the ISO accreditations.
Assist with the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures relevant to the Business Support function.
Assist with the health and safety within the office.
Collecting and greeting visitors
Assist with the planning and organisation of company social events
Booking meeting rooms
General administration duties
