Business & Skills Advisor
Location: The role will be based at The Learning Shop Bluewater, but the nature of the work will require travel offsite as required.
Salary: GBP23,058 per annum FTE (Tier 6)
Hours: 22.2 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum.
An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen to become our Business & Skills Advisor in The Learning Shop at Bluewater, part of North Kent College. This rewarding role plays a key part in supporting the local community into employment across the retail, hospitality and construction sectors while growing our nationally recognised brand.
The role of Business & Skills Advisor requires a dynamic, self-motivated and business-minded individual to work within The Learning Shop team that has a talent and experience networking and attending marketing events. Within this role you will have the opportunity to engage with multiple partners and stakeholders to promote The Learning Shop offer. You will also help run our very own CSCS testing center in Suscon as you populate, test and track candidates through our unique and acclaimed Construction training programme.
It is essential that you can build strong working relationships with people at all levels including customers that will be looking for work as well as business partners that you develop relationships with. You will have experience in a challenging customer service environment and be able to work under your own initiative with a background in management and/or recruitment being beneficial as well.
