We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our friendly team at Maurice House in Broadstairs.

You will play an integral role in managing the day to day running of the care homes administration department which includes payroll, reporting, data management as well as managing a small team of administrators.

Some of the key focuses of the role are as follows:

Act as the Care Home lead in all aspects of administration, financial monitoring, payroll, data management and reporting.

Support the Registered Manager to monitor and manage the annual budget for the Care Home.

Undertake regular supervision and performance development reviews.

Support the Registered Manager and Home Management Team to ensure that services meet the regulated requirements of current legislation in respect of the management of care homes and associated facilities.

Ensure CQC statutory notices and inspection results are published in a visibly public area of the care home and on the Legion’s website.
