Excited? Here's what the role entails:

Develop and manage the annual business plan, forecasting against it, and implementing initiatives for improvement.Lead by example, creating and maintaining client-specific account strategies aligned with each client s vision, mission, and purpose.Implement continuous improvement plans for each client to ensure retention.Collaborate with the Senior Team to manage pricing/margin strategy aligned with company targets.Identify, explore, and maximize new business opportunities.Achieve activity and financial targets through agreed sales activities.Conduct client sales presentations, reviews, and networking events.Cultivate robust relationships within the client base, focusing on mutual benefit and partnership.Conduct regular Client Service Meetings to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.Foster a candidate-focused culture, emphasizing the 'right fit' and delivering an excellent candidate experience.Ensure delivery processes comply with quality procedures, client contractual arrangements & SLA s, and employment and recruitment legislation. The successful candidate will possess:

Business development experience with a proven track record of target achievement.Previous recruitment experience.Strong ability to forge business relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Innovative and creative mindset with a continuous improvement approach.Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
