This position will suit an ambitious experienced Branch Manager or a Senior Recruitment Consultant who is wanting to take that next step in their career which offers a genuine progression opportunity, Taking charge on an established Industrial temps branch and continue our success story!

Job Purpose:

As a Branch Manager for Stafforce, you will contribute to the growth of the operation; Taking overall responsibility for the daily performance of the operation & instil our business vision, values and passion for making a difference within the team in branch.

This role will be key in establishing, growing and developing a high performance team, and ensuring client and candidate experience is exceptional.
