As the BID Manager, you will play a crucial role in this vibrant environment, leading diverse projects that enhance infrastructure, community initiatives, and business growth strategies. Key responsibilities:
Oversee events and initiative project management. Report to the BID CEO and Board regularly. Develop projects within the BID Business Plan. Engage with Levy and non-Levy payers for feedback. Collaborate to attract local and regional investment. Secure additional investment opportunities. Create content for BID's Newsletter. Work with third-party agencies for project delivery. Ensure successful delivery of the BID’s business plan. Represent the BID at events and meetings.
