Client Partner (Business Director) - Marketing Digital Agency - London (Hybrid)
Salary: GBP80k - GBP100k + Bonus up to 30% of base + benefits.
My client, a dynamic digital marketing agency based in the heart of London, are looking for an exceptional Client Partner to lead their Client Success function. As a Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the success of their client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Assume overall responsibility for senior client relationships.Develop, grow, and retain existing and new revenue streams with clients.Maintain total quality control for all output delivered to clients. Strategic Media Development & Planning:
Develop and shape media execution strategies and plans.Brief insights and strategy teams to ensure alignment with client needs.Define success metrics and SLAs in alignment with client's strategic goals. Execution:
Ensure client plans are executed to the highest standard.Monitor and validate client KPI tracking, identifying and resolving issues.Ensure delivery of client reporting and QBRs to the highest standards. Client Profitability:
Forecast client revenue and profitability projections.Prepare pricing proposals tailored to client service requirements.Contribute to client contract negotiation and definition of SLAs. Attitude:
Deliver every client touchpoint to the highest standards.Inspire, engage, and delight clients with the company's outputs.Foster a culture of humility, kindness, and support for learning and development. Your Essential Skills:
Requirements:
Extensive experience in media advertising.Experience with blue-chip/large organisations and large budgets.Deep understanding of the media landscape and communications planning.Confidence and experience in client-facing roles. Attributes:
