Sales & Marketing Executive Hybrid Working We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of super company based in Tadcaster. They provide a range of career support services to clients throughout the UK and Ireland. In this role, as Sales and Marketing executive, you will be supporting a commercial team to generate demand in a market place that is booming. Through a range of high–volume sales and marketing activities, you will help to drive demand generation, to support the building and development of client base.

Role Responsibilities:

• Prospecting new business through direct marketing using an existing database of HR decision makers• Conducting research to identify key HR stakeholders within large organisations, building a strong network of HR decision makers • Promoting awareness of services through group contribution on platforms such as LinkedIn • Tracking market activities such as restructures, mergers, acquisitions and profit warnings• Managing CRM tool to ensure up to date at all times and using website visitor tracking software to develop potential leads and exploring lead development software to support lead generation • Managing CRM system, LinkedIn sales tools, company research tools and trade press• Booking sales meetings / presentation for the commercial team• Creating and sending direct email campaigns as well as working collaboratively with marketing manager to develop monthly and quarterly marketing activities and content production

The role is exciting and will offer someone the opportunity to develop and build on existing skills. The right person for this role will have the following:

• A desire to work in a business development role• Experience of working in an office environment and some commercial awareness• A good understanding of social media as a networking tool • Competency in MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint • A strength in written and verbal communication • Excellent relationship building skills • A resourceful approach Salary: A competitive salary is offered plus commissionBenefits: Hybrid working company pension private medical insurance 25 days holiday
