Business Development Manager – Law Firm – London SW1 or Kent / Hybrid – up to GBP70,000 + Benefits
We're looking for a successful Business Development Manager, with experience gained with within a law practice / legal services environment, to join a major player in the legal world in their London or Kent office.
Working closely with the Heads of practice groups, the Business Development Manager will develop and deliver their ambitious growth strategy and implement the action plans in order to support the lawyers to win work.
Suitable candidates will be highly experienced in supporting professionals in lead generation and conversion, pitches and key account management and will have proven experience of delivering multi–channel, lead generating marketing campaigns.
You will love building relationships at all levels and will be a genuine people–person.You may be a BD Executive looking to step up into a Manager role, or you might be a BDM looking for a new role in London or closer to home in Kent – either way, we'd love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities as the Business Development Manager will include:
Acting as a 'sales enabler', supporting lawyers to win workDeveloping and delivering the business development strategy for various practice areasIdentifying prospects and engagement opportunitiesDeveloping and implementing multi–channel campaigns with the marketing teamProject managing all aspects of the tender process from initial qualification through to proposals, presentations and debriefsManaging client engagement – overseeing real estate key account programme, client reviews and ways to improve client experienceAnd more!
