Business Development Manager - HVAC sales

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team to generate leads, service leads and appointments and obtain new profitable business for the Company. The role is permanent and operating out of our head office near Mansfield.

The candidates must be focussed and experienced in previously selling commercial gas heating, comfort cooling and assiciated works. The ability to source and secure new sales opportunities will be important and the role is not account based sales, its new business to be part of the growth of the Company looking ahead.

Business Development Manager Working days will include:

Office days Telephone and email lead sourcing Travel to potential new client sites to carry out site surveys of HVAC commercial boilers/air conditioning/warm air heaters/air handling systems related plant and equipment using a company vehicle which will be fully expensed. The geographic area is usually within 100-miles of the offices but can be further on occasion. Benefits:

good interpersonal skills driving licence ability to work Microsoft business word/excel used a sales database. Personal Attributes

Ability to work in isolation or as part of a team effectively at all times and an ability to work under pressure where applicable. Relevant sales and/or technical experience. A proven track record of delivered business on agreed margin. IT skills with experience of a variety of software including Microsoft Office and Sales CRM software or similar , sales databases and any other applicable software when/if training has been provided Excellent organisational skills Excellent communication skills Availability to work Mon-Fri based on a 37.5hrs working week, occasionally longer with associated travel and overnight stays. Presentable to an acceptable standard whenever potential client/prospect meetings are apparent. Full, clean driving licence. If interested please submit your details through the platform.
