Overall purpose of the role:
Responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities within the sector in order to deliver a profitable revenue and overall growth of the business. Working with key business stakeholders to identify new sales leads by building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Work together with all internal sectors and teams to achieve and exceed the business strategic targets working towards the groups EBITDA targets whilst always acting with the client at the centre of everything
Key Accountabilities
Client Relationship Management
Proactively seek new business opportunities to meet business and sector targets
Develop strategies, create opportunities and develop long lasting relationships with customers to secure contracts and build business growth.
Utilise your existing contact, build a sector network, drive all the required communication and marketing methods, in order to build a reliable and strategic pipeline
Understand the client requirements to enhance customer service levels
Foster a partnership approach to develop growth and profitability of all contracts
Understand the clients business
Influence internal relationships and performance for the best of the client interests and needs
Maximise the Group offer by working with the client and internal sector operators to ensure all growth opportunities are achieved
Elevate to a position in the sector as the Commercial Kitchen expert and the go to person / company for all things "kitchen"
Commercial Controls
Identify opportunities to introduce further kitchen solutions to maximise all opportunities across all functions offered by the company
Hunt for new business opportunities with new clients
Develop strategy and tactics to deliver a sales plan, profit targets
Group focus on Sales and CMC
Innovation
Use our internal expertise develop and drive new unique selling points to enhance service and bring innovation to the client
Understand new internal business offers to link back to client and bring innovate opportunities
Use data lead insights to enhance and bring a holistic solution to the client and the business
Maintain industry knowledge to ensure we are at the front of leading accounts
