Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Freight Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to develop the Fashion division for a well established Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth within the fashion logistics industry. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in the fashion industry, including fashion brands, retailers, and e-commerce businesses.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance. Qualifications:

Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development within the logistics or fashion industry.Strong network and existing relationships within the fashion logistics sector.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Results-oriented and self-motivated.
