The Role
Your role will be to support with the growth of new and existing business and developing pitches for one of the UK's most exciting Global Brand Experience agencies.
Duties will include:
Being client facingAttend new business meetingsTaking briefsConducting Q&A sessions, presentations and pitches where requiredPreparing appropriate credentials and research on the companyManage new business pitches and existing client proposalsWorking closely with all the other in–house divisionsUnderstanding the creative process and production of a pitchHaving strong organisational and communication skillsEnsuring the pitch response meets the clients' requirements and timescalesDelivering pitches across a wide range of service offeringsSupporting the Project team in building budgets for pitches and proposals The Candidate
The idea candidate will have experience in leading on pitches and existing client proposals whilst working within an event agency environment. You will have the a bility to understand and work within client budgets and support on building budgets with a keen eye on the detail. This role requires exceptional organisational, work prioritisation and time management skills as well as a can–do attitude with a willingness to take on responsibility. In hand you will be joining a fantastic agency working with some truly inspiring clients on exceptional events.
