Our client is a rapidly growing SME ecological consultancy with strategic growth plans in place, therefore requiring a passionate Business Development Manager to help client growth. Based out of either Oxford or Cheltenham, working on a Hybrid basis (2 days in office per week). This opportunity is perfect for a self-starter, experienced in Business Development and Marketing, with a keen interest in putting their stamp on the progression of an already highly respected consultancy. The Role: A unique opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director to design and deliver a strategic business development action plan, helping facilitate the businesses exciting and ambitious growth plans. This role is not simple dial the phone sales role and will require a far more holistic approach to Business Development, implementing marketing campaigns, developing brand engagement & awareness, upgrading the website, and attending networking events will all be common responsibilities. Passion for Ecology and the Build Environment is seen as advantageous. Qualifications/Requirements: Direct experience in Business Development and Marketing Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to network both virtually and in-person. Familiar with usage of CRM programmes Experience producing marketing collateral.
