Job Title: Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will encompass two key aspects. Firstly, you will focus on providing excellent customer service to existing motor dealer accounts, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth. Secondly, you will actively seek out and acquire new business from targeted dealer accounts within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to existing motor dealer accounts.Actively seek new business opportunities through targeted dealer accounts.Utilize consultative sales processes to win business from target accounts.Conduct presentations, negotiate deals, and address objections to secure new business.Plan and manage your own diary to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.Demonstrate strong leadership skills if managing a team, fostering a positive and productive working environment.Comfortably engage in cold–calling activities and demonstrate quick thinking in dynamic situations. Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in motor finance trade or a related field.Proven track record in business development or sales management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.Self–confidence and excellent relationship–building skills.Comfortable with cold–calling and adept at thinking on your feet.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
