R13 Recruitment are working alongside an award-winning company who are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing Norwich-based team. You will be responsible for working with multiple teams and senior management, in the sourcing and onboarding of new clients, expanding their already impressive client base.
This is a full time, permanent position offering a flexible hybrid working model, and is offering a salary of up to GBP50,000 DOE, plus OTE and a generous benefits package.

The day to day
Identifying and sourcing new clients and industries, arranging meetings and presentations with prospective clients.Onboarding of new clients and working closely with relevant teams to ensure a smooth transfer into the correct department.Identifying new sales opportunities with existing clients.Building strong working relationships with clients, ensuring every client receives an exceptional level of service. Previous experience (5+ years) in a business development or account management role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.Solutions focused and able to problem solve and negotiate.Passionate about proving outstanding service.
