The Company specializes in contract logistics, customs brokerage, and comprehensive European Road services spanning Europe, EU Short Sea, Far East Deep-Sea routes and air freight.
Collaborating closely with the Operations Team, you will receive the necessary support to excel in your role. Key responsibilities encompass discovering, identifying, cultivating, and securing novel business prospects.
Role and Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition through adept telesales and targeted cold calling. Sustain consistent growth in gross profit while achieving revenue milestones. Unlock revenue potential from existing clientele by exploring untapped areas. Efficiently manage consignments and input telesales data into our internal CMS. Oversee consignments, ensuring top-tier service at all stages. Offer clients precise and competitive quotations. Compile weekly/monthly sales activity reports. Your Qualifications and Abilities:
Exemplary aptitude for delivering exceptional customer service. Display adept negotiation skills and an influential demeanour. Exhibit keen attention to detail and precision. Possess a track record of effective stakeholder management and result-oriented networking. Seasoned experience in meeting targets and adhering to deadlines. Prior engagement in proactive sales, whether over the phone or in face-to-face interactions. Compensation and Perks:
