The Recruitment Co are looking for a Business Development Manager to join one of their clients based in the Warrington area. Salary: GBP45,000 – GBP75,000 Per annum, dependant on experienceThis role involves: Develop and implement business strategies to penetrate the Mobility and E&Esectors.

Leverage our extensive recycled portfolio to meet the growing demand forsustainable materialsEstablish and maintain relationships with ClientsWork closely with technical teams to understand product specifications andrequirements.Identify opportunities for new businessProvide technical support and solutions to clients, ensuring the suitability of ourpolymers for various applications.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities andthreats.Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, both internal and external.The ideal candidate will: – Have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.– Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the plastics industry.– Have a strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex product specifications.– Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.– Be able to work independently and as part of a team.– Be Willing to travel as required.We are interviewing for this role Immediately!
