Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to assist them in all areas of their business Work with our management team to identify new recruitment tenders and win bids for large accounts Generate new business by reaching out to new and existing clients via phone, email, and tendering processes (with the support of the management team) Use innovative candidate sourcing and screening techniques to find the best people for our clients You'll be joining a team who are passionate about our work, and we believe that our culture and values set us apart from our competitors. Requirements:
Current or recent experience in the recruitment industry, with a proven track record of building relationships, winning new business, and developing accounts Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A consultative approach to working with clients Positive attitude towards personal development and continuous learning This is a unique opportunity to join a busy team within the recruitment department, focusing, but not solely, on developing sales within the Healthcare and Catering and Hospitality markets across Herts, Essex and North London.
The preferred candidate would be focusing 2/3 s of their time on Business Development and the other 1/3 working as a Consultant placing candidates into permanent roles.
