One of our market leading clients is looking to recruit a Field Business Development Manager to join their National Sales Team.
The responsibilities would be to develop the sales of existing and new products within the UK markets; support the design and introduction of new products by providing customer insight and assessment of sales opportunity. Develop and implement sales plans to deliver headline sales and margin objectives. Support the business development initiatives required to ensure accelerated sales growth. Ensure sales and volume targets for all business development initiatives are achieved in line with the agreed plan. Take a lead role in the presentation and delivery of new products, achieving sales growth in line with business development targets. Identify new business opportunities, support product development and prepare sales plans to maximise sales. Produce reports highlighting progress and key milestones for each of the key sales growth initiatives. Support SD in the preparation and presentation of UK Water Company framework agreements. Frequent face to face customer meetings to support business development sales initiatives. Attend the monthly New Product & Business Development meetings. Assist with the annual budget process as required. Undertake additional duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
