Our client turns over around 5m per annum and is rapidly expanding its presence within the utilities market (particularly gas and water). Due to this growth, our client is now looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join their team and help them achieve their growth goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling to utility businesses, additional knowledge of pipeline products would be advantageous.
The role will be predominantly covering the South of the UK
Key responsibilities will include:-
Identifying potential new sales opportunities Using commercial judgement to develop and execute sales strategies Building relationships with key decision-makers Managing the sales pipeline in line with budget expectations Closing deals Tracking and reporting on sales performance Engaging in networking within industry events In return for the right candidate our client is offering a competitive basic salary of up to circa 60,000 + 15% bonus + car.
